Zoe Yau

With a background in Economics, Ms Zoe Yao has been working in the international student recruitment sector in the UK HEI for 10+ years. Ms Yao’s current position is Head of China Engagement at University of Southampton. Within her role, Ms Yao leads on University’s strategy in recruitment and supports international partnerships in Greater China (China, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan and Macau) as well as other East Asia countries.

Before that, Ms Yao worked in marketing, communications, and international business consultancy. Currently, she is responsible for recruitment and other activities for the Chinese New Year Southampton team.
