Membership Responsibilities

Members are expected to:

  • Follow HCA’s constitution and guidelines, and uphold the association’s values.
  • Pay membership fees on time to support community operations and programmes.
  • Participate actively in events and initiatives where possible.
  • Promote unity and mutual support, helping to create a harmonious community.

  • Provide your details and select your membership type.

Submit Your Application

  • Email the completed form to HCA, or submit it through our membership office.

Review & Approval

  • The HCA Council will review your application within 7–14 working days.
  • Once approved, you will receive confirmation and payment instructions.

Membership Payment

  • Pay the membership fee according to your chosen category.

Welcome to HCA

  • After payment is confirmed, you will officially become a member and gain full access to all benefits.

填写申请表

  • 访问协会官网或联系我们的咨询中心获取会员申请表。
  • 填写个人信息及会员类别选择。

提交申请

  • 将填写完整的申请表发送至协会邮箱或提交至我们的入会处。

审核与批准

  • 理事会将在收到申请后7个到14个工作日内完成审核。
  • 审核通过后，行政管理处将通知申请人并发送会费缴纳信息。

缴纳会费

  • 根据会员类别缴纳相应会费，会费标准由理事会制定并公布。

正式入会

  • 完成会费缴纳后，申请人正式成为协会会员，享有会员权利。
