Girls Escape：南海岸特别版”是专为在南安普敦及周边地区学习、生活的中国女学生打造的一日放松与社交活动。

活动旨在帮助大家暂时放下学业压力和生活适应中的焦虑，在一个安全、温暖、全中文交流的环境中，结识同龄朋友、增强自信、缓解思乡情绪，并真正享受英国南海岸的自然与慢生活。

无论是初到英国的新生，还是希望扩大社交圈的学姐，这里都将是一个属于中国女孩的“小世界。

Girls Escape: South Coast Edition is a one day girls only lifestyle and wellbeing experience designed for young women, international students, and female community members seeking relaxation, friendship, confidence, and meaningful social connection.

The event creates a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where participants can step away from academic pressure, busy routines, and social isolation, while enjoying a refreshing coastal experience together.

Combining wellness activities, beach experiences, tea culture, fitness games, and lifestyle moments, Girls Escape offers a relaxed and uplifting community atmosphere focused on connection, wellbeing, and belonging.
